JUNIOR HIGH PERFORMANCE
Expanding on the proven training philosophy of Black Sheep Senior HP, the Junior HP program provides exceptional high-performance technical, training, and racing experiences. Junior High Performance is built to empower junior athletes to achieve their highest standards in the pursuit of rowing excellence, and provide an optimal showcase to increase the potential for college recruitment.
Our philosophy is based in solid training programs which will properly prepare athletes for targeted races as well as future seasons, and university. At BSR, we believe racing well is more rewarding than racing too much.
