At Black Sheep Racing, we are dedicated to developing exceptional athletes and fostering a culture of excellence in the sport of rowing. Our mission is to empower individuals to push their limits, embrace challenges, and thrive as part of a team committed to shared success. Through expert coaching, state-of-the-art equipment and training, and an unwavering focus on discipline and perseverance, we create an environment where passion meets performance. Together, we strive to set the bar for competitive rowing and inspire a lifelong love for the pursuit of greatness in rowing.
HIGH PERFORMANCE RACING
High Performance Team, Black Sheep Racing, founded by M. Sean Hall, is a dynamic and results-driven team that embodies excellence and dedication in every aspect of its work. Under the guidance of Sean Hall—a three-time Olympian and USRowing Hall of Fame athlete—you’ll receive coaching from one of the best in the world. Since its establishment in 2021, Black Sheep Racing has already achieved remarkable success, sending Senior athletes to the World Championships in 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as qualifying a rower for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. In 2025 Sean Hall committed to expanding Black Sheep Racing to include a Junior level High Performance Team comprised of ambitious high school athletes around the Philadelphia region looking to maximize their performance both on and off the water.
